I. Scope The scope of this policy applies to all SIU sponsored residencies who have achieved Osteopathic Recognition by the ACGME. II. Definitions III. Purpose The purpose of this document is to define eligibility requirements for appointment of residents who did not graduate from an accredited college of osteopathic medicine into a program with Osteopathic Recognition.
