2021 Memorial Medical Center Foundation Grant Application
The 2021 Memorial Medical Center Foundation (MMCF) Grant Application will be open February 1 - March 1. The application process will be solely online in 2021. The Grants Office encourages applicants to begin the process early since it is new and in order to avoid issues with submission. The 2021 MMCF application process will mirror the Excel spreadsheet of past years. The application will include contact information, a brief summary, budget, justification, and an optional 3 page narrative. If IRB or LACUC approval is required for your proposed project, the approval letter must accompany the application.
The Grants Office has developed a Word document that outlines how SIUSOM investigators should complete the application, located below. You may work from this document and then copy/paste final information into the MMCF application.

Applicants are encouraged to send documents sooner than the deadlines to ensure timely and orderly submission.

Principal Investigators must create an account on Memorial's application website in order to complete the application. Please use the below Word document to work on the application information. PIs can then copy/paste into the MMCF application.
