One of our strategies for developing a mindset around leadership and excellence across the organization is to begin a movement of book clubs across SIU SOM. The clubs will involve small group meetings with colleagues for an hour, once a month, over the course of a year. Books will be provided, and each month approximately one chapter will be discussed.
The first book club book will be The Truth About Leadership by James Kouzes and Barry Posner.
