Fellowship Director

Dr. Camille Dunkley graduated from Ross University School of Medicine in 2014 and completed her residency in Family Medicine at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center, Bronx, NY in 2017. She then completed a fellowship in Medical Toxicology at Emory University/CDC in Atlanta, GA in 2019. She is board certified in family medicine, addiction medicine, and medical toxicology. She is currently the Director of Division of Addiction Medicine. Her passion is to increase access to addiction services through teaching and implementation of substance use disorder programs.

Associate Fellowship Director

Dr. Ayame Takahashi came to SIU in 2006. She is board certified in General Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine. She is the Director of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship. Dr. Takahashi enjoys teaching at all levels from medical students to residents in all disciplines.  In her clinical work she enjoys doing psychodynamic psychotherapy, treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, and treatment of co-occurring disorders in the substance abusing population.

Fellowship Coordinator

Heather Oldani has been working at SIU for 4 years as a medical education specialist for the Springfield family medicine residency and more recently the addiction medicine fellowship coordinator. Prior to SIU she worked at for HSHS St. John’s Hospital for 21 years. Heather Oldani is happily married with 2 children, Marina and River. She enjoys camping with her family and two chihuahuas, watching her children play sports, exercising, and reading a nice book.
