Southern Illinois University School of Medicine has named five new board members to the school’s Alumni Society Board of Governors. The new board members include: Milton Armstrong, MD, FACS; Richard Austin, MD; Careyana Brenham, MD; Kelli Webb, MD; and Tabatha Wells, MD. The new board members’ three-year term will begin at the April board meeting. State Medical Challenge Bowl

The SIU Physician Assistant Program's Challenge Bowl team won its third consecutive Illinois Academy of Physician Assistants State Medical Challenge Bowl! The Challenge Bowl was held at Northwestern University-Chicago on April 22, 2017. The team competed against PA programs from Rush University, Northwestern University, Midwestern University and Rosalind Franklin.
