Neurology Residents' Clinic The Neurology Clinic is located on the 3rd Floor of the SIU Clinic’s Building, (Moy Building) 751 N. Rutledge, Room 3100. Continuity Clinics are held one half-day per week. Residents usually see 2 new patients and 4 or 5 follow up patients in each clinic. The combination changes as needed to accommodate the residents’ patient populations. Clinics should not be cancelled .
