Community Support Network The mission of the Community Support Network (CSN) is to meet the mental health needs of individuals with chronic and severe mental illness residing in Springfield. CSN utilizes the service delivery model of Community Support Team. This model combines clinical and case management services, working to help clients manage their physical and mental health with the ultimate goal of recovery. Population Served CSN serves clients who are age 18 and over, reside in Springfield, have a diagnosis of a severe and persistent mental illness, have difficulty functioning

Desktop computers The Medical Library provides a number of computer workstations. Computer use is subject to our Computer Resource Regulations. All computer users must abide by the usage policies of Southern Illinois University and of the Medical Library. Equipment loan service (AKA Booking) The equipment is available on a first come, first serve basis to SIUSM faculty, staff, students and residents with an appropriate School of Medicine or hospital photo ID. Award goals and scope The primary objective of the Concept Development Award (CDA) is to stimulate interest in and involvement with technology development and the technology transfer process at SIU.
