The 2024 Student/Alumni Dinners will be held in March
Host registration deadline is Friday, February 16, 2024.
Why become a dinner host?
The students love any opportunity to meet with you and are excited to hear about medicine and community/family life from your perspective and listen to your stories and experiences. They look forward to the future stages of their careers and these dinners serve as a great way for you to mentor the students.
What does being a host entail?
As a dinner host, you would provide dinner in your home or gather together at a local restaurant of your choice. The number of dinner guests would be at your discretion (typically ranges from 3 – 8 students) and some dinner hosts allow for the students to bring one guest with them (spouse/significant other). Please note, if you choose to dine at a restaurant, you would be responsible for securing the dinner reservation and covering the cost of the evening.

Please complete the form below. All host forms must be received no later than Friday, February 16th. Once the students complete their sign up period, we will be in contact with you to let you know who your student/guests will be and any if there are any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
