Community Support Network The mission of the Community Support Network (CSN) is to meet the mental health needs of individuals with chronic and severe mental illness residing in Springfield. CSN utilizes the service delivery model of Community Support Team. This model combines clinical and case management services, working to help clients manage their physical and mental health with the ultimate goal of recovery.
