Alumni Relations

The Office of Development & Alumni Relations connects SIU School of Medicine graduates with similar interests and offers opportunities for social activities and networking, as well as raising funds for current students.

Welcome

Since 1975, SIU School of Medicine has educated, trained and graduated 3,386 MD alumni, and over 4,000 resident and fellow alumni. Every graduate becomes a member of the School of Medicine Alumni Society. There are no dues.

The Office of Development & Alumni Relations and the Alumni Society seek to provide meaningful ways to connect and engage its alumni and current students with their alma mater and with each other. Through events and outreach, we help to foster lasting relationships and advance the school’s mission of better health for all.

Southern Illinois University Medicine has launched a national search for its next dean, provost and CEO. The search will be conducted in partnership with Isaacson, Miller, a national executive search firm specializing in academic medicine and higher education leadership.
