Online tutorials

The SIU Medical Library offers a subscription to GoSkills online tutorials. Each month, 30 licenses are available, allowing users to access all tutorials. Licenses are deactivated at the end of each month, and a new sign up period begins. The tutorials cover a wide range of topics, including:

• Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word)
• Adobe Photoshop
• Soft Skills (Body Language, Business Writing, Leadership
• And many more!

Library tours and orientations

General orientations to the SIU Medical Library, its services, and resources are available for individuals and groups. Tours of the Library's physical space can be arranged on an ad-hoc or scheduled basis. 
Additionally, specialized instruction sessions can be developed and presented upon request. Please contact Reference at reference@siumed.edu or fill out our Instruction Request form.
